It is Photo Week this week, and yesterday we went on a short trip to the Toronto Zoo. I rented a 300mm prime and let's just say I am in love! I would love to spend more time with it at the zoo, I got a couple great shots of the lions but I had to rush around the zoo in order to see everything because I don't get to go very often.

I'm really happy with this picture, I think it's my favourite of the trip. I just so happened to walk past the lions around the time the keeper was about the throw them some horse bones so Jerroh and his brother Lindy came down from relaxing and with this intense look of excitement.
